Detail Ease, a premier automotive detailing company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Car Detailer to join our dynamic team.

As a Lead Car Detailer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing top-notch detailing services to ensure our clients' vehicles are restored to their former glory.

This is a full-time position based at our main facility in Unit 3, 152 Capricorn Road Paulshof, Sandton.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform highquality automotive detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, paint correction and ceramic coatings.
  • Supervise and train junior detailing technicians to maintain consistent quality and workmanship.
  • Assess clients' vehicles and provide customised detailing solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Utilise the latest detailing techniques, tools, and products to achieve exceptional results.
  • Maintain a clean and organised detailing workspace and equipment.
  • Keep uptodate records of detailing services and manage bookings of vehicles coming in.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of handson experience as a professional car detailer.
  • Possess a recognised qualification in automotive detailing or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong passion for delivering flawless results.
  • Solid understanding of different paint types, surfaces, and appropriate detailing procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise and guide junior detailing technicians.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the latest automotive detailing products, equipment, and techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
  • Working hours: 08:0017:00 with flexibility to accommodate highdemand periods.
  • Start date: Immediate
