Job Objectives

  • Support the HR team to fill vacant positions by utilizing fit for purpose sourcing methods.
  • Manage the recruitment process to ensure completion of recruitment activities within targeted timelines
  • Onboard all new employees, ensuring the Company culture is entrenched.
  • Provide input into the monthly reporting.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance related matters in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Assist with the Performance Management process, including performance appraisals and probation reports.
  • Drive HR service delivery, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee queries, concerns and challenges.
  • Facilitate medical assessments and wellness initiatives.
  • Carry out general HR administration, including capturing data onto the HR management system.

Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom, there are no opportunities for sponsorship.
