As a Client Account Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful onboarding of new clients and their ongoing success.


You'll guide new clients through implementation of our solution, ensuring that they have a positive experience and are equipped to fully utilize our software platforms to meet their advertising objectives.

You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams to coordinate the onboarding process and provide exceptional post-sale support to our clients.


Responsibilities:

Onboarding Process Management: Take ownership of the client onboarding process, from the contract signing to platform setup and beyond.

Develop and execute customized onboarding plans based on each client's unique needs and objectives. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of accounts from the pre-sales phase to onboarding.

Contract & Document Management: Ensure accuracy of contracts, document management, storage, invoicing and renewal processes.

Client Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to use our software platform effectively.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding phase.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the Technical team for timely resolutions.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring their long-term success with our platform.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the onboarding process and communicate them to the Sales team.

Integration:Assist clients with integration of their their existing systems to our platform, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with the Technical team to facilitate system integrations, if necessary, to streamline processes for clients.

Continuous Improvement:Gather feedback from clients on their onboarding experience and use insights to improve and refine the onboarding process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our onboarding strategies.

Ongoing Account Management: Manage account through life cycle. Hold weekly / bi-weekly calls with client. Manage requirements and work as briefed by client. Distribute work to team, track deliverables and ensure delivery meets requirements.

Contract Renewal: Manage renewal and upgrades, track usage and ensure accuracy of billing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or 3 years equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in client management or customer success roles, preferably in the advertising or marketing technology space.
  • Strong understanding of advertising concepts and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a clientfocused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advertising platforms or tools commonly used in the industry.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data transfer methods.
