ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric/ Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Insurance Related Qualifications (NQF4, RE, Class of Business, etc)
    Highly Advantageous:
  • 1-2 Years Experience in Short Term Insurance and 2 Years in an Administrative Role
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements set out by FSCA and other regulatory bodies
  • Policy Administration Systems
  • Claims Management Software
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Customer Service
  • Database Management
  • Collaborating with Underwriters, Actuaries and other Stakeholders
  • Ethics & Integrity
  • Computer Literacy with strong MS Office Skills
  • Driver's License
    Non Negotiable

License/Certification:
