We are a leading construction company specializing in refurbishment projects for blue chip clients. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional construction solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to showcase our expertise in refurbishment projects for blue chip clients.
  • Capture highquality photographs and videos of our refurbishment projects, highlighting the quality of our workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Curate and maintain our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with compelling content that resonates with our target audience of blue chip clients.
  • Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with project managers and client relationship teams to gather insights and success stories for marketing materials.
  • Utilize photography and social media analytics tools to track the performance of our content and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and social media marketing to enhance our online presence and attract blue chip clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on construction or related industries.
  • Proficiency in photography and video editing software/tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate visually compelling content.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Knowledge of refurbishment terminology and processes is a plus.
