This is a 6 months FIXED TERM CONTRACT role

Join IG's 'The Agency' as a Senior Campaign Project Manager in The Campaign Management Team. In this role, you'll plan, assign and monitor marketing and business projects delivering multi-language client-facing content via TTL communication.

As part of a connected global team, your role is to partner with the global business teams, working proactively to equip business unit owners with the high-quality marketing insights and capabilities, management of end-to-end campaigns and projects, and the creative assets they need to deliver on their plans for growth.

Your role in the team

The Campaign Management Team manages the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across the IG Group.

Your role will be to manage and maintain multiple marketing campaigns that could span a product, country, region or a group wide initiative.

This will involve dealing directly with internal stakeholders to understand and finesse the brief, manage creative resources for the development of marketing materials and liaise with internal approvers (i.e. compliance), roll-out teams (i.e. tech teams) and 3rd parties (i.e. external agencies) to finalise and deploy the marketing campaign.


As a Senior Campaign Project Manager you will also be required to manage a portfolio of projects; support the implementation, best practice and use of marketing workflow tools; continually optimise ways of working; assist with the planning and forecasting of new work.

What you'll do


As part of the Senior Campaign Project Manager role, you will need to deliver on the core competencies of a Campaign Manager.

These competencies you will need to be well versed and maintain exceptional delivery across all of the below:

  • A Key contributor within the Campaign Management Team and The Agency
  • Support the regional and country marketing teams to plan out campaigns against the campaign brief. Review the success of each project and identify key lessons learnt to share with wider teams
  • Load campaign and project plans and requirements into the workflow management tool
  • Workfront.
  • Project manage the execution of each campaign or change programme against the plan, timings and budget; acting as key point of contact with the relevant regional or country marketing manager, internal teams, external agencies and freelancers Specific outputs as a Senior Campaign Manager will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of projects to ensure outcomes and benefits are achieved (this could be within or across multiple regions or divisions within IG)
  • Working closely with the ECM Team to manage the marketing requirements for new initiatives (i.e. Product Launches) and the seamless flow of this work between local markets, ECM and Marketing resources
  • Working closely with and managing external Agencies and the seamless flow of work between local markets and Marketing resources
  • Support the implementation, best practice and use of the marketing workflow tools such as Workfront, Frontify and Ad-Lib
  • Continually look to optimise ways of working within The Agency so that processes and workflow are efficient, effective and engaging
  • Assist with and be able to manage the planning and running of Capacity Planning and WIP status meetings
  • Assist with and be able to help manage the forecasting of new work; including the review, updating and implementation of SLAs, Tshirt sizes, forecasting models and regional quarterly planning
What you'll need for this role

  • Have 8+ years experience in end to end planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns across multiple geographies and teams.
  • Be proficient in campaign and resource capacity planning.
  • Know how to efficiently utilize resources to get things done in minimum time with the minimum cost incurred.
  • Have experience in working within a decentralized marketing structure.
  • Have a working proficiency with agile marketing tools (Workfront, JIRA, Frontify, Ad-Lib, Asana, Agile and Scrum etc.)
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills will be beneficial.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have experience liaising with and managing expectations of colleagues and partners, both within and outside of your organization.
  • Have experience in presenting and reporting to senior management this will be advantageous.
  • Have the ability to manage competing priorities and deadline.
