Restaurant District Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurants within an assigned territory.

As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our retail stores and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daytoday operations of restaurants in the assigned district
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures
  • Monitor and improve restaurant performance and results
  • Coordinate the opening of new stores
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations
  • Identify operational and financial risks and develop corrective action plans
  • Compile and analyze financial reports and projections
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to restaurant management teams
  • Manage employee relations and ensure high morale and engagement
  • Conduct store visits and inspections to maintain operational excellence
  • Support franchisees with program management and initiatives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
  • Strong understanding of restaurant profit and loss statements
  • Proficiency in English, Afrikaans, and a third language is advantageous
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Resultsdriven with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Detailoriented with strong business insights and customer focus
  • High level of integrity and ethics
