Insurance Claims and Policy Administrator

Each claim must be assessed individually and must be judged on its own unique merits considering the specific information provided by the client in relation to the claim and to the extent of cover granted under the policy.
Responsibilities and knowledge:
- To open all claims in a prompt efficient manner
- To administer claims accurately and timeously
- Loading of payments of claims
- To enter accurate data onto claims the system
- To maintain and administer the claims records
- Appointing of various suppliers
- Have a sound knowledge of underwriting principles
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 and RE5 (not negotiable)
- Minimum two years' experience in insurance claims and administration
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
