Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate and contribute to strategic initiative sessions with the Commercial Director
to broaden our market outreach and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to discover new business possibilities and
trends.
  • Ensure a good mix of opportunities across low, medium, and high scales.
  • Accurate forecasting of potential openings.
  • Support the development of business cases for vital projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop project budget(s) and manage scope changes and cash flow.

  • Prepare insightful reports, dynamic presentations, and other materials to aid decision-making processes.
  • Support sales activities by contributing to lead generation, engaging with customers, and preparing proposals.

  • Discover new reliable sources of suppliers and nurture those connections to secure a strong array
of fresh business channels for procurement to actively include in expanding current databases.
  • Identify potential risk areas in strategic projects and implement timely corrective actions and
strategies.
  • Maintain an integrated perspective of all strategic projects, overseeing the management, coordination,
governance, and execution.
  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and gather key insights

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in your prior roles.
  • Strong passion for sales, procurement, or related domains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and excel in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical thinker with the capability to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making approach.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • 3+ years of PMO work experience; familiarity with project management techniques and tools is
preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP Certification is highly beneficial.
