Duties and Responsibilities:
- Writing of proposals, quotations, and tenders under supervision of the Commercial Unit Manager.
- Research new business leads in this domain and other market research.
- Compilation of proposals and bids in conjunction with the Commercial Unit Manager.
- Close teamwork with the sales team and Training Manager to effectively ensure all training programmes are executed according to the client's specifications.
- Follow up with clients for feedback on submitted quotations and tenders.
- Liaison with all potential clients to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or Sales
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leading networking, marketing, sales, and relationship building activities.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in writing quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Experience in working with or selling to commercial clients.
Additional Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate effectively with members of varying professions.
- Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and ability to travel.
- Cape Town based.
- Set up to work remotely (Internet, phone, laptop, etc).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary:
- R R commission and Medical Aid
