As part of our talent team in Motor Operations - Pretoria , The Sales Operations Team Leader leads a team and ensures that staff are equipped and able to meet operational targets The incumbent deals with escalated customer queries and promotes the Bank's products and servicesAre you someone who can:
Ensures operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standardsPromotes diversity within the teamEnsures compliance to policies and procedures in the Business UnitEnsures customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business planEnsures team is trained in relevant systems and business processesManages client expectationsContributes to cost efficienciesManages people performance in the area of responsibilityParticipates in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff developmentEnsures continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processesYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification - MatricPreferred Qualification - Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related fieldExperience - 2 to 5 years' experience within the roleYou will have access to:
