Job Summary:

The Fuel Empower Sales Person will be responsible for driving sales and market growth for Fuel Empower products and services.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the fuel industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate and qualify leads, and convert them into customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular followups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Develop indepth knowledge of Fuel Empower products and services.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Provide customers with detailed product information and benefits.

Sales Administration:

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Share market and customer insights with the team to support strategic planning.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the fuel industry or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
