Primary Responsibilities:

Property Operations:

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our managed properties, ensuring seamless coordination between homeowners, guests, and service providers.

This involves managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries and issues, and coordinating maintenance and housekeeping services.

Quality Control:
Maintain high standards for property cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet our company's quality guidelines and promptly address any issues or concerns.

Team Management:
Assist in leading and managing a team of property coordinators, cleaners, and maintenance personnel. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal team performance and productivity.

Guest Experience:
Foster exceptional guest experiences by coordinating and overseeing the provision of excellent customer service. Respond promptly to guest inquiry requests and resolve any concerns or issues to ensure a positive and memorable stay.

Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery. Negotiate contracts, manage service agreements, and continuously evaluate vendor performance.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes and systems. Continuously assess and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze operational data to generate insights and reports. Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, make informed decisions, and provide regular updates to the management team.


As a Senior Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our managed properties, enhancing guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Your dedication and expertise will contribute to the overall success of our Airbnb management company whilst supporting the Operations Manager.
