About Us:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock and Invoicing Administrator.

Our company operates within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector and primarily serves key accounts such as Spar, Makro, Pick n Pay, and Takealot.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by ensuring accurate stock management, invoicing, and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage stockrelated tasks, including monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with key account representatives to coordinate the timely delivery of Point of Sale (POS) materials across various locations.
  • Oversee the courier function to facilitate the distribution of products and materials to sales personnel nationwide.
  • Assist with packing and preparing orders if warehouse staff availability is limited, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
  • Execute Pastel invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the smooth flow of administrative operations within the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is essential, with a strong understanding of key account operations (Spar, Makro, Pick n Pay, Takealot, etc.).
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills to manage stock, orders, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Pastel invoicing software or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to assist with physical order preparation when needed.
