Description

The Head of Credit Innovation and Digital Change leads change initiatives within the credit risk field, driving strategic changes, process enhancements, and technology implementations for optimized credit risk management practices.

Key Results Areas

Change Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with credit risk goals.
  • Identify stakeholders, assess readiness for change, and create tailored communication plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives.

Process Optimization and Transformation:

  • Evaluate existing processes and enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards.

Technology Adoption and Integration:

  • Work with supporting teams to introduce new systems or enhance existing ones.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of solutions by credit risk teams.
  • Provide training and support.

Risk Culture and Communication:

  • Foster a positive culture within the organization.
  • Communicate changes' rationale and benefits.
  • Address resistance and promote stakeholder buy-in.

Project Management:

  • Define scopes, objectives, and deliverables related to change initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Mitigate risks and address issues promptly.

Performance Metrics and Evaluation:

  • Establish KPIs to measure change success.
  • Evaluate impact on processes and outcomes.
  • Adjust strategies based on data.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead change management teams.
  • Influence decision-making at an executive level.
  • Provide support and input for customer-facing teams.
  • Provide technical support for Credit Risk lifecycle processes.

Role Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting.
  • Familiarity with credit risk models and financial ratios.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and data manipulation tools.
