Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
  • Residency in Pretoria East is required.
  • Must possess own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Group CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's diary effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including setting up logistics.
  • Arrange seminars and conferences for the CEO and staff.
  • Organize both business and private travel arrangements.
  • Address client queries and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the CEO.
  • Plan and manage events as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare all necessary documents for committee, Board of Directors, and Executive Committee meetings (including dates, attendee lists, logistics, and catering).
  • Perform data capturing tasks, as necessary.
