Root cause and insights analysis strategy: Identify and prioritize customer experience breakdown points based on expectations, severity, and business impact, utilizing customer feedback data. Conduct detailed analytics to pinpoint root problems affecting customer experience delivery.

Customer Experience Planning:

Contribute to projects aiming to establish an industry-leading customer experience that exceeds expectations and sets global standards for simplicity and functionality. Ensure products/services are crafted with the customer in mind.

Relationship Building & Team Collaboration:

Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering intimacy and best practices. Coordinate with 3rd party agencies for testing, UX, and Design work following quality standards and timelines.

Education:

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas:

Required in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
