Main Purpose of Position:

To manage and ensure the growth and development of the brand.

The below KPA's are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary by your direct manager and in line with previous competencies.

Manage the Sales and

  • Driving revenue and GP targets through a targeted set of partners, both existing and new.
  • Driving Vendor Strategy and portfolio within existing and new targeted accounts.
  • Understand Vendor strategy, programs, and complete portfolio of products.
  • Non targeted partner development planning and review.

  • Partner recruitment and Development
  • Operational processes.
  • Assist the NWBU with product strategy execution.
  • Build and manage relationship with Vendors team members.
  • Be the Programme Champion who is the single point of contact within the Reseller and to Vendor for the running of the Programme (e.g., partner programs, incentive programs and rebate programs)
  • Ensure the satisfactory execution of this business strategy plan within the NWBU
  • Continuously review and update the business strategy
  • Demonstrate sales growth.
  • Report opportunity details to the BM and the NWBU on a regular basis (biweekly) showing deal progression and pipeline creation using Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Ensure CRM is kept up to date and accurate
  • Ensure that sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed reasoning
  • Management of the brand budget (ensure accurate reporting of the profit and loss)
  • Managing the brand within the specified budget

Marketing Management

  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Marketing Planning sessions with required parties, targeting Volumes, Partner onboarding, Partner Enablement, Certs, Growth et
  • Quarterly Promo and Programs planning session.
  • Develop a Brand Based Business Development Plan in conjunction with the BM, that documents the key sales & marketing strategies and a management system that measures performance and success.

People Management

  • Internal Account managers development and training.
  • Collaboration with Sales Support and Ops teams
  • Weekly Forecast sessions with respective Vendor Distributor and Channel Team.
  • Attend training provided by Vendors to become totally selfsufficient in the sales of the brands
