Our company is in search of a friendly and professional General Maintenance Worker who will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, painting, electrical, and other building systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT _

  • Overtime/ travel/ weekend work/ team environment_


 Monday
  • Friday 08:00 17:00 (with 1 hour lunch)
  • Travelling from practice to practice within the CBD, Northern & Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THIS JOB? _

  • Job deliverables and main duties_
  • Experience in working with hand & power tools.
  • Ability to repair various equipment.
  • Perform basic tasks including painting, filling crevices and managing maintenance repairs across all TAH properties.
  • Minor plumbing and drainage
  • Minor painting and floor coverings
  • Light bulb replacement
  • Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems
  • Inform and report to line manager of completion of requests
  • Arranging with appropriate supplier/contractor around repairs required

Required Education, Certifications and Work Experience:_

  • Matric
  • 23 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid drivers' licence with no endorsements
