The
Warehouse Stock Controller reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Duties will include managing inventory levels and ensuring that stock records are maintained and accurate. Accurately completing and maintaining all administration as per company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing of stock.
  • Dispatching and loading goods out of the warehouse for delivery.
  • Double checking all Sales orders are correctly packed, verify quantities and relevant paperwork is attached.
  • Manage storage and space utilization, ensuring that stock is stored in the appropriate location and that space is utilized efficiently
  • Conduct regular stock audits/counts to ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and Data Clerk to ensure that stock levels is maintained correctly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years warehouse experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Valid Forklift license
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong Mathematical ability
  • High Accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 2023/05/15
