Practice / Administrative Manager for the effective and efficient management and handling of all administrative functions.


Responsibilities:

***- Management and operation of the rental agency

  • Staying abreast of market conditions and determination of rental amounts
  • Effective communication and interaction with owners and landlords regarding rental contracts
  • Ensuring that rental agreements' terms are met
  • Investigation and followup of complaints from lettings
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
  • Reporting to owners

Minimum Requirements:

***- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)

  • Proven previous experience (minimum 3 years) in letting administration (any properties)
  • Excellent time management and organisational / administrative skills
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
  • Ability to take leadership and work independently
  • Excellent ability to manage conflict effectively
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Ability to determine needs and address them effectively
  • High levels of accuracy and a detailoriented work style
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Excellent service delivery skills
  • High regard for values and standards
  • Valid driver's license and own transport

  • An established customer base
