Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Utilize your financial industry knowledge to articulate the unique value proposition of our digital wills and estates services.
  • Engage with clients to their needs and assist them with the completion of their will to drive adoption of our unique product set.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in hard sales, ideally within the financial industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre environment.
  • Matric certificate and clear criminal history are a must.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services.
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Previous knowledge of wills and fiduciary skills is advantageous.
