Job Title: Telephone Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telephone Sales Consultant to join our team at Salesworx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to set up meetings and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Leverage our existing database of investors to identify new property sales opportunities.
  • Qualify and nurture leads from properties currently on the market, scheduling meetings for our senior agents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with our senior agents to close deals and support the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed targets related to lead generation and appointments set.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telephone sales, preferably within real estate auctions or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
