Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Diary management:
maintains appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, etc.
Coordination and management of diaries and communications ensuring high level organisational activities operate efficiently and effectively to support business priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide general business assistance to the branch.
Completing and submitting expense claims forms for payment as well as monthly credit card reconciliations, where required.
Facilitating communication between the branch and various internal and external stakeholders.
Work positively and constrictively with the team, senior management team and co-workers, to achieve business goals.
Maintain and initiate regular and professional communication with all relevant colleagues, senior managers and executives.
Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in relevant field of study (business administration)
Minimum 3 years experience supporting international executive travel.
Minimum 2 years' experience in general office management.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Advanced Adobe Pro skills.
Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy are both essential)
Scheduling and diary management skills.
Project Management skills would be advantageous.
