Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in East and Southern Africa to curate exceptional travel experiences.
  • Handle client inquiries and bookings promptly and professionally, delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations.
  • Demonstrate confidence and proficiency when interacting with international clients, especially those from North America.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the travel planning process, ensuring seamless experiences.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a travel consultant, specializing in luxury travel.
  • In-depth knowledge of East and Southern Africa, including popular destinations, accommodations, and activities.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends to accommodate North American client calls.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish strong connections with high net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and surpassing sales targets.
