The purpose of the position is to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.


Job brief
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Grade 12 Matric plus
  • Driver's License

Added advantage:

  • National Diploma in Marketing, Facility Management, or related qualification.
  • Or Certificate in Sales Management.

Experience:

  • 2 years' relevant experience in Facility Management Environment
  • Experience in business development.

Knowledge of:

  • Horticulture and Landscape Management
  • Cleaning and Hygiene Services and Waste Management
  • Security Services
  • General Building Maintenance Services
  • Pest Control and Facilities Management Services

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Abilities:

  • Communication oral expression, speech clarity, speech recognition, written comprehension, and written expression
  • Inductive Reasoning the ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusion (includes finding a relation among seemingly unrelated events)
  • Problem Sensitivity the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solve the problem, only recognize there is problem.
  • Report writing

Duties:

  • Assist marketing material in.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
  • Customer journey management.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Identify opportunities for group sales Increase in new business sales volumes.
  • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Salary:
Market related Basic Salary plus lucrative commission
