Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human resource management
- Experience with Sage VIP
- Advantageous
- Computer literate
- Timesheets / Payroll experience
- Advantageous
- Must have dealt with SETA funded learnerships
Responsibilities:
- Assisting audits with required information
- Ensuring IRP5'S are sent out to all employees accordingly
- Completion of UI19 & Certificate of services
- Completion of confirmation of employment as and when required
- Filing
- Assisting with the recruitment process (setting up interviews)
- Drafting of contracts
- Assisting with new employee starter packs
- Tracking FTC & sending out reminders to the relevant HOD's
Org charts
- Durban to be updated timeously
- Induction pack to be given to all new employees
- Ensuring the employee of the month hamper are sent out timeously
- Distributing payslips
- Assisting with Adhoc duties
- Ensuring all employee's have a Job description
- Tracking and sending out reminders for all local foreigners and expats
- Manage and Maintain Admin of SETA funded learnership programmes
