Responsibilities of the Role-

OperationsManagement:

Leads the P&O Shared Services for Sub SaharanAfrica and drives for a high performance, strong customer/business focus and service-orientedculture by understandingcustomers' andusers' needs, expectations, and key business drivers. Manages the assigned team to achieve highefficiency, quality, compliance and customer and user satisfaction across the entireemployee life cycle inclusive of Onboarding, Benefit consulting, all the waythrough to offboarding. Contributes to continuous process and ITimprovement, standardisation, and automation of various HRIS Systems such asWorkday, PaySpace, etc. The management of share plan administration. Ensure achievement of SLA targets and agreed globalKPIs, identification of root causes of operational issues and implementation ofimprovement measures. Manages escalations and identifies processimprovement initiatives to consistently deliver an optimised performance. Coordinates and/or liaises with external serviceproviders and monitors their performance against respective SLAs. Contributes to regulatory updates within P&ORegional Organisation Is the main point of contact for companyliabilities with external Institutions (e.g. Social Security, Insurances,Government departments etc) and ensures compulsory documentation is alwaysaccurate and updated in case of external audit. Manages the P&O administration process of specialprojects including carve-in and carve-outs. Ensure adherence to all BCG Rules andresponsibilities such as EHS/Quality Management etc. Decides on personnel resource allocation and isresponsible for the management of related budget planning and reporting.

PeopleManagement

Leads andcoordinates the assigned team (both local and offshore) Actas an role model, by building a culture of teamwork, ownership, and trust. As anatural people leader, empower and balance a team of skilled and engaged employees. Fosters people development by setting targets,coaching, providing feedback, encouraging knowledge management, skillsdevelopment, foster team culture to ensure a strong service attitude and highlevel of employee engagement. Fostercommunication and cross-collaboration within the r team and with the globalcolleagues. Developand nurture a long-term trust-based relationship with key internal stakeholdersand partner with the local country and global support functions

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant formal qualification in HumanResources Management or equivalent experience. 5+ years of managerial experienceleading teams and projects Process and Change Management experience(advantageous) Knowledge and experience in theadministration of both Blue- and White-Collar Employees Understanding of Sub-Saharan AfricaCountry Legislation Experience with Workday HRIS, PaySpacePayroll and other HR IT Applications Good knowledge of HR / PeopleManagement core processes Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written (Business English) Strong negotiation skills

Skills

Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft applications (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI reporting tools
