Our client is searching for an Enrolled Nurse with experience in geriatric patients diagnosed with dementia.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Secondary Qualification: Matric Certificate
  • Tertiary Qualification: Registered Nurse qualification with valid SANC Registration
  • Language Professional Proficiency (read, write & speak): English
  • Nursing experience of at least 3 years
  • Experience in Dementia care
  • Be able to work independently
  • Computer literacy
  • Understand resident hygiene and health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent personal hygiene
  • Clean criminal record

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervisory / Team Management duties
  • Nursing duties
  • Assisting new residents in settling in
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with families of the residents

Desired / Advantage:

  • Course in dementia care
  • Third language an advantage
  • Driver's license and own transport
