Rental Administrator

This role involves managing the administration around every rental contract.

Have you had at least 3 years admin experience.
Are you happy work in a fast-paced environment, and can work well under pressure?
Are you willing to put in the extra work to build a career and grow?
Then this may be the job for you
- Your role daily will be to ensure that:
All paperwork is in order
Items are correctly captured on system
Invoices issued are correct
rental renewals are processed and billed
lost or damaged goods are billed for
equipment is returned when it is due
liaising with sales, accounts and workshop
Pre-requisites
-
At least 3 years work experience in an accounts office; OR a completed tertiary degree or diploma;
Good computer skills;
Able to learn new systems
Very meticulous, every detail counts;
You must not be a procrastinator. Every issue must be resolved on the day and every contract closed off;
You must understand invoicing, and be able to analyse contracts with hundreds of items;
**Own transport is necessary
