Will act as and early warning system with regard to possible disputes and work stoppages and deal with issues proactively prior to escalation where possibleDispute resolution and strike handlingTender InformationLegal ComplianceSite IR StructuresDisciplinariesEnsure personnel admin on site is effectively carried out with continuous monitoring and corrective action is taken immediately and reported on monthlyProactively pursue continuous improvement in the IR structure set up and ensure disputes are addressed timeouslyFacilitate disciplinary action and ensure legal compliance is acted and reported on

Labour Broker Management:
