Job Summary


CIB Global Markets Tech is looking for a Support DevOps Lead, the role has managerial / people management responsibilities and forms part of the Post Trade & Compliance Value Stream, reporting to the Cluster Head.

The Support Lead will be responsible for Production Support, Stability, Observability, Security, Audit, BCM, Housekeeping/Maintenance, Automation, Real Time Reporting and continuous improvement of processes on a combination of Inhouse and Vendor Applications in order to meet the high availability that the business areas expect.

Work in close collaboration with the Cluster Head and other Support Leads.

Support the stream Cluster Head and the Head of IB Tech production support in planning, technical decisions, and collaborating with Tech partners to develop new insights that could further enhance our platforms and customer experience

Strongly advantageous:

  • Strong understanding CI/CD methodology
  • Familiar with scripting
  • Experience and familiar with modern system practices such as Infrastructure as Code, Config Management, Containers, Container Orchestrators, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, accustomed to share knowledge internally or to other areas.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding other people or team members.
  • Familiar with DevOps paradigm
  • Experience with Observability tools and technologies (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana stack, Elastic, Loki, New Relic, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
  • Industry Certification: DevOps & Any AWS or Azure Certification (Desirable)
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux Administration
  • Proficient with Relational/SQL Datab
