- Participation in dealer events combined with initiating proposed dealer events
- Pursuit of commercial business that suit the OCIB commercial proposition as communicated
- Effectively manage time and attendance 1st call at 8h30 last call at 16h30
- Accountability for area development and achievement of new business goals
- Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, customer satisfaction levels
- Set industry defining standards through adherence to, promoting and upholding the company vision and mission
- Understand competition in the respective areas
- Dissect relevant competitor information and ensure information is communicated to OCIB management on a regular & consistent basis
