New Vehicle Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
  • Taking a handson approach in supporting used car sales executives to meet their targets
  • Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e.g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented
  • Engaging in active marketing and stock management
  • Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
  • Working closely with the used car sales team to ensure the dealership meets its used car sales target

Requirements & Skills needed:

  • Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
  • Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performanceoriented approach
  • Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new car sales targets
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
  • Drives license
  • Grade 12 or higher qualification
  • High Volume experience preferred
