Job Responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders for sales and retention alignment.
  • Plan and execute campaign activities.
  • Drive strategic sales techniques through observation, coaching, and testing.
  • Optimize end-to-end fulfillment processes.
  • Enhance daily sales practices and correct any deficiencies.
  • Track sales leads and utilize sales systems for enhanced cross-selling.
  • Enhance cross-selling through digital strategies.
  • Provide real-time support to frontline staff and leaders.
  • Boost branch profitability through new franchise acquisitions.
  • Promote activation and sales retention for increased revenue.
  • Focus on product variety and drive sales for revenue growth.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Project Management
  • Professional Qualification in Project Management
Minimum Experience Level
  • 3-5 years relevant Management and Banking experience
