  • Closing of Flights, on receipt of delivery notes on the system
  • Ensure that all delivery notes and invoices are received timeously from the relevant departments.
  • Capture all the information on excel and system and complete the necessary recons
  • Report any pricing discrepancies, pricing anomalies to the line manager immediately
  • Assist in full audit preparation
  • Ensure and maintain strictest confidentiality at all times.
  • Any finance related administration
  • Any other reasonable task that may be required by management

Qualifications, and Other Requirements

  • Grade 1
  • Certificate in Bookkeeping or any other Financial Certification
  • Fully Competent in Microsoft Office
  • 2 Years' Experience
  • Accuracy
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Financial background
