Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Management:
    • Lead the proposal process to ensure accurate and timely client proposals.
    • Deploy accepted proposals into Karbon, capturing all relevant details.
    • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to engagement.
    • Manage initial client communications and check-ins.
    • Ensure consistency between invoicing and work deployment.
    • Maintain accurate client data across platforms like Xero, Grist, Karbon, and Greatsoft.
    • Manage SLA renewals and amendments.
  • Offboarding Process:
    • Manage the client offboarding process, ensuring all steps are completed and communicated effectively.
  • Staff Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Support smooth transitions for staff members during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team.
  • Billable Work:
    • Assist with the administrative aspects of FM/CFO retainers.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in an administrative role within a professional services firm.
  • Strong project management and administration skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially in proposals, data management, and invoicing.
  • Client-focused, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Ability to streamline and improve business processes.
  • Effective team collaboration and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in workflow management tools (e.g., KarbonHQ).

Type: Full-time permanent position.

Salary: R20 000-R30 000 depending on experience.

Location: Somerset West.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
