Customer Service Representative Our team is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for internal salesadministration and coordination in line with the company's customer valueproposition.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Checkand confirm all received orders
Salesorder processing – accurate capturing and processing of sales orders onto ERPsystem
Reportdiscrepancies with sales orders in terms of margins, stock levels, etc.
Backorder monitoring and processing

AssistProduct Managers with inventory management by monitoring and reporting unusualorders, new opportunities and customer requirements in terms of usage,quantity, etc.

Ongoingcommunication with AM's and PM's to ensure optimisation of stock availability
Liaisewith customers and operations on the tracking and progress of deliveries,informing customers of any unforeseen delays
Handlecustomer queries and enquiries.
Providefeedback to Account Managers, on customer activities/complaints concerningtheir portfolio of customers.
Identifysales leads and refer to relevant Account Managers
Minimisedaily operational costs and wastage (credit notes)
Buildand maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Maintaincustomer service and quality standards.
Weeklyand monthly reporting according to required standards.
Up-to-dateand accurate document management
Compliancewith company implemented policies, procedures Safety, Health and EnvironmentstandardsYOUR PROFILEMatric orNQF Equivalent.
Diploma/Nationalcertificate in business administration preferred
2-4 years,experience in chemical industry advantageous
Must becomputer literate in MS office.
Working knowledge ofSAP advantageous.
