What you will be doing:

Continually motivating, supporting and developing a team of Customer Service Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Monitor and ensure service level, productivity and performance metrics are met for the team
Leading by example, delivering excellent client satisfaction all whilst exceeding your KPI's
Setting the right tone for your team by living our company values every day ensuring high standards are set and maintained for everyone
Achieving the best out of each individual and create a winning environment by regularly providing positive praise and recognition pf individual and team success
Identifying talent within the team, encouraging and supporting development through the use of personal development plans

Key Skills:

Excellent time management and communication skills
Strong Excel/Outlook/CRM Skills
Competent tracking skills
Great organizational skills and punctual
Attention to detail
Ability to identify problems and find solutions by imparting knowledge
Service delivery focused

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum 2 years previous team management experience
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Gas and Energy
Credit and Criminal Clear
Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills
Strong Excel knowledge preferred
Proven performance record management
Able to start immediately
