Job Description:

As the OUTsurance
Business Non-Motor Claims Investigator you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising Non-Motor Claims

Responsibilities:

  • Validate all incidents and claims
  • Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, etc.
  • Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning,photographs etc.)
  • Liaise with service providers
  • Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
  • Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.
Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial.
  • Valid Driver's licence

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years investigation/ Assessing experience, especially in a shortterm insurance industry is essential
Additional Information

Enthusiastic in dealing with people in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential. Must be willing to travel locally when required and have valid driver's license.
