Claims assessment:
Assess and/or process claims following standard operating procedures.
Activities require an advanced level and knowledge of legal policy framework | Customer Experience:
Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently | Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting | Compliance and

Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards
Education
