Branch Administrator

- Attend to the switchboard promptly and professionally
- Resolve information enquiries and ensure appropriate referrals
- Perform general supportive administration as required by the branch
- Maintain the petty cash
- Responsible for cash analysis, cash ups, reconciliation, processing of tax invoices and credit notes
- Process interbranch transactions goods received notes, return to supplier etc
- Provide branch stocktaking assistance
- Provide the correct pricing information to customers calling in
- Manage all office consumables
- Assist with CIT when collecting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills essential
- Reliable transport
- Must live in the area
