Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience to build strong customer relationships.
  • Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:

  • Assist in identifying and targeting potential customers through research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Qualify and pass sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives for followup and conversion.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Customer Base Expansion:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop initiatives aimed at expanding the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies for customer retention.

Collaboration and Growth:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales and operations, to support business growth.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in sales and marketing or operations to enable future career growth.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, particularly in the context of social media.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • No prior experience needed.
