Minimum requirements for the role:

  • A public relations / marketing or related qualification is preferred but is not essential.
  • Must be able to work as part of a cohesive team building relationships both internally with colleagues and customers.
  • Must be computer literate with good MS Office skills.
  • Supporting the community management team to achieve their goals.
  • Building a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst members through events and building relationships.
  • Ensuring that your building is fully operational and processes are running efficiently.
  • Driving growth and promotion of provided service offerings.
  • Conducting premovein meetings with all new accounts to ensure a successful movein.
  • Completing the new member orientation process for all new accounts within the building.
  • Conducting building tours set up by the sales team for VIPs or prospective members as needed.
  • Conducting tours of the space for potential new members while sharing benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Setting up and hosting weekly "social events" that help to create a community within your location and execute "valuedriving" events planned by the events team when applicable in the building.
  • Distributing all necessary info to promote the event including the creation and posting of weekly events posters and individual event posters.
  • Managing the energy in the building ensuring music levels and activations are appropriate to the day part and occasion.
**Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
