  • Open Folders based on Legal document Title deeds Register according captured information provided
  • Retrieve folder to issue / send title deeds on instruction by supervisor to relevant requester and update registers for tracking
  • Place folders in relevant area required for safe keeping of hardcopy title deeds
  • General admin associated with updating / recording information on relevant Registers / forms
  • Disposal process for boxed terminated file system catalogue / list relevant files for disposal / destruction for boxed content
  • Create Labels - number and label boxes with standard form/document outlining content of terminated system boxes
  • Draft weekly project progress tracker spreadsheets

The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:

Qualification:
Grade 12

Experience: 1 year relevant experience
