Administrative Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative duties
- Creation of LTA's for loads executed on VFT
- Administrative query resolution
- Waybill capturing and scanning
- POD scanning and uploading
- Handling and resolving POD queries
- Liasing with customers if and when required
- Ensuring POD and waybill accuracy received
- Capturing of data into electronic systems used by business unit
- Ensuring driver data is kept accurate and up to date on VFT
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Higher certificate or diploma in office administration (advantage)
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- VFT (advantage)
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent in English with good communications skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- 2 years previous experience in a Data Capture role dealing with Road Transportation billings
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work overtime and on Saturdays and Sundays if required to do so
- A strong ability to multitask, address and resolve issues
- Reliable transport
- Analytical Thinking
- Strong organizational skills
