Manage all leads components:
Extract, upload, reconcile and analyse leads data relating to DIRECT.

Leads reporting and administration of all leads related tasks, including leads functions within the CRM and dailler, are included in the daily tasks.

Leads extraction
and dialler

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly leads extraction using amongst other programs, Excel, to upload leads into Assupol's internal system (CRM and dialler). Should another leads program be added, driving the integration and utilisation of it.
  • Assist with dialler related functions around leads and campaigns. This includes manual loading of leads batches
  • Reconcile and report on daily leads volumes and activities relating to all DIRECT leads' channels [TV, radio, digital and print].
  • Work in conjunction with the Data Analyst in order to provide analysis on leads.
  • Proficiency in the use of query and reporting analysis tools advantages but not a requirement (SQL).
