Inherent requirements:

  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in related discipline with minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Must have knowledge of administrative policies, office procedures, and techniques
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with third party licensors and others
  • Must be well organized and proofread all incoming and outgoing work
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Copying and filing of all documents accurately and in a timeous manner, as required by management
  • Manage and maintain licensing systems for product development, tracking and approvals
  • Accurately and timeously update the license administration system to reflect changes in users and systems
  • Update and maintain data uploads, field requirements and admin pages
  • Update and maintain system output reports through constant data integrity checks and analysis
  • Provide advice and leadership to License Administrators, as and when needed
  • Responsible for all reporting on a weekly basis on behalf of the Team
