Assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, flight changes

Explaining processes to customers and assisting them where necessary

Working longer than normal hours and shift work

Dealing with confidential information

Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing

Supervision of Ticket Sales staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12

Travel Degree or Diploma will be an advantage

2-4 Years Customer Service experience

Excellent communication in English - speak, read and write
;:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Excellent phone etiquette
;:

No criminal or credit record.
