A well established and growing financial practice firm in Somerset West is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The appointee will be responsible for the performing of various functions within the business and will report directly to the Admin Manager.
Duties:
- Work closely with the team helping to manage their dynamic growing practice
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite in order to prepare and assemble financial statements, tax returns, correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance with firm standards
- Participating in development of internal systems and processes
- Maintaining client database and liaise with clients
- Coordinating internal/external meetings, booking of boardrooms
- Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, ordering supplies
- General ad hoc administrative tasks such as data entry and typing various documents
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Admin will be an advantage.
- 2 years Admin / typing experience.
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Excellent Afrikaans & English communication skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Own transport.
- Deadline driven.
Salary:
R8k - R14k p/month depending on experience
