A well established and growing financial practice firm in Somerset West is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.


The appointee will be responsible for the performing of various functions within the business and will report directly to the Admin Manager.


Duties:

  • Work closely with the team helping to manage their dynamic growing practice
  • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite in order to prepare and assemble financial statements, tax returns, correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance with firm standards
  • Participating in development of internal systems and processes
  • Maintaining client database and liaise with clients
  • Coordinating internal/external meetings, booking of boardrooms
  • Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, ordering supplies
  • General ad hoc administrative tasks such as data entry and typing various documents

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Admin will be an advantage.
  • 2 years Admin / typing experience.
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Excellent Afrikaans & English communication skills.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Work efficiently under pressure.
  • Own transport.
  • Deadline driven.

Salary:
R8k - R14k p/month depending on experience
